The purpose of PACE is to create a solid foundation for a constructive performance-enhancing development within your sport. PACE is a dialogue tool that helps focus on strengths and identify areas for development. You will be able to get inside your athlete’s head, to understand their patterns and needs for improvement – in a scientific and databased setup.

Using your answers on PACE, 13 mental skills and strategies that are central to athletes both in training and competition are assessed. The answers generate a PACE profile, which describes the degree to which you utilize each of the 13 skills and strategies. The overview of your score on the 13 mental skills is shown in the so-called “Mental Wheel”. The wheel will provide you with crucial insights to your athlete’s performance.
A 10-15 minutes scientific test, assesses the athletes mental abilities during training or competition. This forms the basis for the development goals and assesments.
